Here are a few activities close to the hotel that will help you make the most of summer in a truly enchanting setting.
Take advantage of the hotel’s swimming pool and delight at LeCornet
You don’t need to go any further than our backyard to keep yourself occupied on a sunny day. Head for our outdoor pool, nestled among the trees, where you can relax on a hot day. You know what else cools you down? Ice cream! Head for LeCornet, our ice cream shop right next door to Kóz Bistro, where you can enjoy a homemade sundae, a delicious slushy or a decadent chocolate-dipped soft serve.
Visit Bleu Lavande
A taste of Provence, just minutes from the hotel! In June and July, when Bleu Lavande’s fields of flowers are at their peak, it’s great to stroll through them and enjoy the sweet fragrance of these aromatic little mauve flowers. Extend de pleasure by enjoying a country picnic right on the spot, with a meal carefully prepared by Ratatouille, a brand-new establishment located just a few steps from the fields. Visit the lavender interpretation center to learn more about this flower, and don’t miss a tour of the chromatic fields, an immersive experience by Moment Factory.

Swimming at the Beach
When the mercury climbs and climbs, all you want is dip in cool water! Numerous beaches promise an excellent swim, from the lakeside Plage des Cantons to other spots nestled in the heart of nature. For exemple, the superb Stukely and Fraser beaches situated in Mont-Orford National Park offer supervised swimming.
Take a Bike Tour
There are so many bike paths through the region’s countryside, some on asphalt, some on country roads, that it would take you an entire summer to cover them all. If you’re looking for a scenic ride, choose the Magog-Orford trail, which starts at Pointe Merry, just outside the hotel. If you’d rather discover local products between two pedal strokes, check out the Route La lanterne rouge , which will take you to the doors of several vineyards, microbreweries and other small regional gourmet shops.
